If I hadn’t seen the previous review, I probably wouldn’t have left a comment here. But that 5-star review must have been written by himself. Don’t get me wrong—he’s a nice person, and honestly, his life is my dream. But that comes at the expense of making life pretty miserable for the people who report to him. I have to say, he’s incredibly lucky and has very good “managing up” skills. Every manager he works for seems to like him and protect him. But if you’re looking for a manager who will fight for you, don’t count on him. Nono. He only fights for his own work-life balance and promotion, while making his reports do the work for him instead.

Care about people
