Cleared the blockers that I had
Areas for Improvement
Didn't coach or guide me properly. Just threw me under the bus for meeting his URA quota. He wasn't giving me feedback actively on whether I was improving or not during my focus and threw me under the bus in the last 2 weeks of my focus by saying that I haven't improved and pipped me. Did not get satisfied even after I delivered so many projects
