Artem Onuchin

Artem is an incredibly caring and empowering manager. He gives team members a lot of flexibility to work on initiatives that they are interested in and genuinely care about their well-beings. He does not micro-manage, yet when team members run into blockers he always finds a way to help unblock them.

Artem is probably the best kind of manager that you could have in tech. He really cares about his people's career development, promotes his team's impact and visibility and always looks for opportunity to grow you. He is also very technical strong, you could always go to him and get valuable feedback if you have any questions.
